The historic 100 Taylor building in Germantown has temporarily closed to the public due to unexpected maintenance needs. The closure is necessary to ensure the safety of tenants, visitors, and the community.
We are grateful for the support and assistance of the Fire Marshall as well as other city officials and appreciate their efforts to help us reopen as quickly as possible.
100 Taylor serves as an important resource for the arts community, housing over 80 leased tenants, including retail businesses, artist studios, educational programs, and several non-profit organizations. 100 Taylor hosts a number of community events including the 100 Taylor Arts Market, which was established in 2016.
We are committed to preserving the integrity of this historic building and ensuring it remains a safe, welcoming space for everyone. While this temporary closure is unfortunate, the work being done now will allow 100 Taylor to come back stronger.
