Join our 100 Taylor Arts Collective Family with a space in our cooperative gallery!
Gallery 100 provides 992sqft of street facing retail/services space with great natural light, high ceilings original hardwood floors, and exposed brick walls. Gallery 100 is located right at the entrance of the 100 Taylor St Arts Collective, and maintains a prime lobby location for a new anchor of the arts collective, with free access to our art markets and other events for our artists.
Tenant artist shall work the retail/check out at least 3 days a month.
Sales will be run through the Gallery and there is a 4% credit card processing fee for card purchases but no additional charge or commission taken.
All tenants will receive a payout monthly from Gallery 100.
